Privacy Policy

Privacy policies are usually written to be skimmed past. This one is written to be read. It covers this website, our merchant services, and our SMS program. See also our Terms & Conditions.

1. What we collect

We collect what you give us and only what we need to run the service:

  • Contact details you submit through our forms: your name, phone number, business name, and any notes you include.
  • SMS program data: your opt-in consent, the date and source of that consent, and your replies (such as HELP or STOP).
  • Transaction records for merchants using our payment services, as needed to process, settle, and support payments.
  • Basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate load performance, used to keep the site fast and working.

2. How we use it

  • To review and respond to merchant applications.
  • To deliver the text alerts you signed up for.
  • To process payments and settle funds for merchant accounts.
  • To provide support when you call, text, or email us.
  • To meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.

3. SMS and your phone number

This is the part most people come here to check, so here it is in one breath: your mobile information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Full stop.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you asked for (for example, our SMS delivery platform).

You can leave the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@omnitender.us or (828) 413-0859. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (payment settlement, SMS delivery, hosting), bound to use it only for the service they provide to us.
  • Authorities when the law genuinely requires it, such as a valid legal request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run ads on this site, so there is no ad network slurping anything up.

5. How we protect it

Data in transit is encrypted. Payment data rides on industry-standard protections, including 256-bit encryption and multi-signature custody for crypto in flight. Access inside OmniTender is limited to people who need it to do their jobs, which is a short list.

6. How long we keep it

Application and SMS consent records are kept while your account or subscription is active, plus the period required by law for financial records. If you reply STOP, we keep the record of your opt-out (so we never text you again by mistake) but stop all messaging.

7. Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to end SMS messages immediately.
  • Email support@omnitender.us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows.
  • Call (828) 413-0859 if you'd rather talk to a person about any of this.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date below. We won't quietly weaken the SMS promise above; that one is the point.
