These terms cover your use of this website, our SMS alert program, and the merchant application process, all operated by OmniTender Systems ("OmniTender," "we," "us"). Using the site or the SMS program means you accept these terms. Merchant payment services themselves are governed by a separate merchant agreement you'll sign during onboarding.

When you opt in to OmniTender text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated operational and marketing text messages at the number you provided. In plain terms:

• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of being approved as a merchant.
• Message frequency varies. We aim for "useful," not "daily."
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get one final message confirming the opt-out, then silence.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@omnitender.us or (828) 413-0859.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your number is covered in the Privacy Policy, including the promise that your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Submitting an application does not create an account, a merchant agreement, or any obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. Approval decisions, pricing, and program details (including dual pricing configuration and any EBT/SNAP support for FNS-authorized retailers) are confirmed in writing during onboarding. FNS authorization is granted by the USDA, not by OmniTender.

Numbers produced by tools on this site, including the savings calculator, are estimates for illustration, not quotes or guarantees. Actual results depend on your transaction volume, payment mix, current processor, and the dual pricing rules that apply where you operate. Crypto transactions processed through OmniTender carry no processing fee to the merchant; card-side savings under dual pricing come from a disclosed customer convenience amount, configured to follow applicable state and card network rules.

• Don't submit forms with someone else's information.
• Don't probe, scrape, or disrupt the site or its backend.
• Don't use the SMS program to register numbers you don't control.

The OmniTender name, mark, and the content of this site belong to OmniTender Systems. You're welcome to link to us; please don't copy the site and pretend it's yours.

The website and SMS program are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniTender is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the SMS program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
